How we do it.
We take the time to learn about your site from the pertinent research and local historians.
Unless otherwise specified, our work is always conducted in accordance with the Department of the Interior’s Guidelines for Historic Preservation.
Our contracts for the services we perform are detailed, yet easy to understand, and designed to protect both parties.
What we do.
With 18 years experience in restoration, out talents can be put to work as early as the design and project-planning phase of your restoration endeavor.
After your project goals have been finalized, we collect and negotiate bids with all qualified specialists that will be involved with your restoration.
Perhaps you only need advice; we also offer consulting services for all of the disciplines that pertain to preservation & restoration.
Some projects don’t require specialized skills; in those cases we can use our expertise to direct your organization’s volunteer labor to complete certain tasks. This is always a great way to offset costs as well as bring your community together.
